When trying to start the car the fuel pump doesn't kick in. Plenty of spark. on 2001 Ford Taurus

Could it be a fuse, and, which fuse would it be? I am in Michigan and it has been below freezing. Would a frozen fuel line cause the pump to not work? Thanks

its either a bad pump or your getting no power to the pump. check all fuses under hood and under driverside dash and check relay under hood

Inertia switch. If reset doesn't help, check for power at this switch, if power is present here REPLACE fuel pump!! No need to check other relays or fuses.
