have new battery and starter is good, but truck wont start at all. when key is turned. there is a click sound,then the dash lights go out and only a bing sound is heard. what could this be?

MasterSounds like a poor connection somewhere along the way. Check every cable from the battery, starter, ground, etc. Clean any corrosion, make sure comnections are tight and secure.
