This problem started happening about 3-4 weeks ago. I added some stop leaking transmission fluid. It seems that whenever I put my van in reverse, it needs alot of gas to get it going just a little bit, it wont even go fast in reverse maybe 3-5 mph. And then it starts making this rattling noise. I don't understand I've looked everywhere online and there isn't a specific fix for this problem. And I don't want to take it to a mechanic cause I know they will anally probe me. Please guys I would really appreciate it, I love my baby. I don't want to say goodbye to it yet. I know someone on here can help me. Thanks a bunch for taking the time out to helping me out if you can. Thanks, and have a wonderful day. :) I even changed the transmission oild twice and I still see no difference
When in reverse, I have to give it ALOT of gas. on 1998 Dodge Caravan
