Question: When I turn off my headlights my passenger headlight pops bach up, why?

Why does the headlight pop back up? Is it the actuator or maybe a relay?

    the motor is passing by the sensor in the headlight area could just be an adj or poss bad switch. this is fairly common have it ck'd
