It's hard to get a read on what problem your having. Is the blower fan not operating or is it blowing but not blowing cold air?

Your blower motor is not working. This is either from the motor failing, or the system that operates the motor has a problem. It will take a diagnosis to determine the fault. What you can do is check the fuse for the blower motor, if it's blown, replace it.
