Question: when i start my car the fans come on when the car is cold

    CK FAN RELAY IN MAIN FUSE BLOCK IT MAY BE STUCK CLOSED

    Also, if the AC compressor is turned on the fans will turn on as well. Try it with all heat/ac controls turned OFF.
