Question: when i press on the brake it seem to bounce back. how do i fix this?

how do i fix this problem? is it my brake pads? or what? When i press on the brake its like its bounce back?

    It is probably the master cylinder. I recommend seeing a professional. This is a safety issue, and it sounds like it is integral to the braking system.
