1994 Ford Probe

 

Question: When I checked her oil it was almost empty. Can this engine be saved?

Engine is knocking. low on oil. is there anyway to fix this problem? I put oil stabilizer and oil in it and it is still knocking.

    Usually once the engine bearings have been run dry and begins to knock the only way to fix is to replace the bearings and possibly turn the crankshaft
