If i am stopped or slowing down and begin to accelerate during the first part of acceleration my care is bogging out causing me to give it more gas in order to get it going. And then minor bogging during drive no matter what speed and a hint of bogging our during idle and/or park. It has been having electrical problems for a long time now. I do need to replace my battery soon but somehow i dont think it has anything to do with it because the alternator is running.

It could be many things, unfortunately and without experiencing the problem first hand or being able to do some basic diagnostic tests its hard to say. Disconnect the small hose going to the EGR valve and drive the car see if the problem goes away. I have seen the EGR passage ways in the intake manifold plug up causing all the EGR to be directed into one or two cylinders causing those cylinders to misfire on part throttle acceleration. It could have an ignition problem, bad wires or plugs but I would look at the disconnecting the EGR first if the problem goes away you have found the area the problem. Any repair shop that specializes in Honda/Acura will have seen this problem before.
