i have 82,000 miles . How do you know if it was changed?

    Your vehicle came with a timing chain and timing chains are much more durable than a belt and probably has never been changed.

    Irvtech is the mercedes mechanic when he signs on he can give an opinion on when you need to address your timing chain but timing chains outlast most engines with proper oil changes
