Question: when brake applied grabbing noise in left tire tire gets hot has everything new;;

changed rotor brake lining everything except wheel bearing when brake applied noise in left wheel and grinding pulzating wheel gets hot what can be causing this.Also replaced the master cylinder

Master

seized caliper or collapsed brake hose. check them both for operation
