Question: wheel bearings on my 98 gmc sonoma

if my gmc sonoma wheel bearing are going out would they heat up causing my front wheels to get hot ?

    If you are on the road for a while, yes they can. Loss of lubricant in a bad bearing will cause heat to build up due to increased friction.
