Question: Wheel alignment issue

Question

Visitor, 3.3L V6, Cape Coral, FL, April 14, 2011, 19:33

In less than a year, our car has required three wheel alignments. The dealer says that we are hitting something and this is simply not true. The car has less than 65K miles. The dealer replaced the tires last summer and it seems the car has not been right since. The dealer accepts no responsibility and we have a car that needs another wheel alignment.

Are you getting a print out, of the adjustments that were made to the car? Any good alignment shop will give you a print out of the camber and caster setting before and after the ajustments and if it falls within the OEM specs. It will also tell you if there were adjustments that are needed to stop tire wear. If the dealer won't do this then get another place to align it for you.
