Question: What would make the noise on passenger back wheel besides the brakes.

Sounds like a soda can in between rim an tire! Accures mostly at low speed.

    Take of the wheel and look for any marks of anything rubbing,inspect the brakes and brake shims, make sure the brake splash shield is not rubbing the brake disc or have a stone or piece of debris fouling anything.
