I took my car for an oil change and had issues in the past with trying to crank the car. I have to turn it quite a few times and then it will start. The car now will not start and they explained to me that it was the timing chain how much would this cost me to repair?

Expensive. But I wouldn't trust their opinion. Get a second one. From a real garage. Not an oil change place. There is recalls out on camshaft, and crankshaft sensors. It is more likely your problem. Timing chains don't usually wear out. Especially not in a short period of time.
