Question: what would cause slipping from 1st to 2nd gear?

We have changed (flushed) the transmission and changed the gasket and filter. Still is slipping hesitating to shift from 1st gear to 2nd gear

    internal issue with the clutches or seals. will have to be removed and most likely overhauled. get a bid from a trans shop.
