What would cause no power at the OBD port under dash? on 2002 Pontiac Sunfire

I have a car doc OBD and when I connect it under dash I have no power, what would cause this...a fuse?

Blown power outlet (cigarette) fuse.

I apoligize, try checking with a test light the IPC/Hvac fuse in the Inst/panel fuse block left side of dash.

check to see if your code reader is working properly
