My G500 does fine until I get the same part of the highway on my way home for work. The whole car begins to shudder and I feel like the steering wheel will whip out of my hands from the vibration. I have to stop on the side of the highway and try and go again. My breaks have just been replaced, what causes this vibration? It never happens on any other section of the highway.

I am not a mechanic - but own a 2002 G500 with 99K miles. Check shocks, tire balance, and possibly new rotors. There are other stories like this on the internet. The geometry of the design is an issue making things sensitive. Everything needs to be just right for a smooth drive.

I had the same problem. Turned out to be tire rod arm/ Replaced tires as well.
