Question: What to do when the steering wheel is locked up and the key wont turn ingnition?

I turned into a parking spot and when I came back out the key wouldnt turn in the ignition and then i locked the steering wheel up trying to get the key to turn. What should I do or how would I go about figuring out the issue?

    Sometimes when you turn when you park there is tension on the wheels. It will lock the steering wheel. You have to put the key in and turn the wheel to unlock it. You have to put more pressure on the steering wheel than the tires are.
