Question: what should/could be replaced along with seprentine belt?

when replacing serpentine belt at 120k for SAAB 9-5 what make sense to replace at the same time? what's located on the same side of the engine that should/could be replaced? water pump, pulleys, thermostat???

    When replacing the belt, the idler pulleys should be done at the same time.

    I don't know the answer but am curious if this is the first time the serpentine belt was replaced on this car(?)

    Is this typical for others?
