The dealership gave me an estimate of $312 to repair "Rr Axle seals-leak". Is this a fair price?

The dealership gave me an estimate of $312 to repair "Rr Axle seals-leak". Is this a good price? Where would you suggest I have the work done?

    Napa Autocare centers has always gave us a fair price and they stand behind their repairs

    The seal should not cost 300 to fix, maybe the axle but not the axle seal. Mine is leaking too and i paid 75 dollars to fix it.
