I'd think you'd need to replace the bearing, not the hub itself, unless the bearing is sold only that way.
A Ford specialist or an alignment shop could give you a reliable estimate.

PS: I don't think alignment would be needed after a front wheel bearing replacement unless there's a pre-existing condition indicating wheel alignment problems.
