What should I do? on 2005 BMW 525i

I had my car detailed. They wahed the engine. Now my cruise control , signal lights wont work. My wipers won't go off. What should I do?

I suspect water has entered a control module or fuse box. It may dry out naturally even with just the heat of the engine compartment. Remove the fuse box covers and see if you see water or condensation, WD40 is a moisture dispersant, there is also a product made by CRC that is used to clean Mass Air Flow Sensors, it leaves no residue, is non flammable and is formulated to clean electrical connectors and electronic components.

take it back to the detail shop, they should fix it or pay for the repair.
