1997 Jeep Wrangler Question: What should be changed when timing belt jumped?
Answer #1pushrod June 10, 2013, 09:17Master
This vehicle has a timing CHAIN on both the 4&6 cylinder engines, no timing BELT!! Unuasual for these engines to have timing componet problems, but possible! Who told you it has a timing BELT, or is that just your assumption?
what motor do you have? how many miles on car? yes repl water pump at the same time always a good idea
