Question: what powers the immobilizer fuse is there a relay??

what powers the immobilizer fuse it has no power key off or on nor running it has dtc p1008.p1053.p1081 but mil doesnt illuminate cat,evap and o2 monitors not set o2 sensors are working when i look at the scanner ...i did notice the interior lights get brighter every so often with door open any suggestions???.... also does anyone know where to look up the MIL codes ...nowhere i check lists them ???

    Check the B+ cable, these have a bad cable end that get's a lot of resistance in it and causes all kinds of electrical issues, especially immobilizer ones. It's the cable that attaches to the post in the engine compartment fuse box.
