Everytime i start my car it's vibrating and its running rough. I was told that i need a spark plug and a fuel injection i did that. It's running the same way. Any idea please?

    Is your X5 a 6 or 8 cylinder? My money is on 8? If so, this is potentially a known issue. The repair will start with plugs and ignition coils, but it could potentially require more. Do you also get a flashing check engine light?
