What is the total number of 02 sensors that I need to have replaced? on 2003 Mitsubishi Montero

My car would not turn over and I believe it has to do with the 02 sensors and I had it hooked up to a computer, but did not get a code.

A failed O2 sensor will not prevent the engine from starting. With the ignition key on to the ignition run position the Check Engine Light should come on and under normal conditions the Check Engine Light will go out once the engine starts and runs. If the engine won't "turn over" the battery, starter, ignition switch, or wiring are more likely to be at fault.
