Question: What is the fuel pressure suppose to be?

The check engine light is on with a code of bank 1 lean also the car died and would not start until I pounded on the tank. The fuel pressure is 20 psi.

    There are three different engine options for your car. Key on, engine off pressure is 50 to 60 psi, for all three engines is the specification.

    I should have said the engine is a 3.5 in a LS flex fuel , if it suppose to be 50 psi what is the problem the pump or a pressure regulator ?
