Question: What is a reasonable cost to stop transfer case fluid leak?

Had my 120,000+ miles disco looked at by a mechanic. I asked about using White Shepherd to stop the leak... he suggested need to replace gasket seals and fluid. What is a reasonable cost to stop transfer case fluid leak?

    If it is only a couple of seals then that is 1-2 hours, but if the case is leaking then see below.
    It is an 11 hour job to R&R the case and over haul it, which is basically what resealing involves, because you have to remove the case, split it open and then replace all the seals etc. I used to do this at dealerships.
