Question: What is the estimated cost of a clutch replacement on my AWD 2001 Rav4?

So far I have 2 quotes. From an independent garage $1250. From my local dealer $2300. From limited understanding this is in response to the request for an estimate to replace the clutch. The Indepents have done well be me in the past.

    LABOR CALLS FOR 18 PLUS HRS SO DEALER IS VERY CLOSE,THE 1250.00 EST SEEMS VERY LOW ACCORDING TO ALL DATA

    Thank you. This would seen to imply a labour cost of about $100 per hour.
