what is the easiest way to work on the wires in the boot of the drivers door? on 2003 Ford Explorer

Pull boot loose at the door, push it back as far as possible and gently clamp wires with a hemostat in front of the boot to keep it out of your way. If that dont work, pull door panel and unhook all wires then pull them out enough to repair. If not equiped, a repair shop is where it needs to go!
