What exactly are the turn signals doing/not doing correctly?

THEY JUST WONT WORK. THE PROBLEM THAT I CAN'T FIND ANYONE WHO CAN TELL MR WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. THEY SAID IT WAS THE FUSE. THEY REPLACED THE FUSE. IT WORKED FOR JUST A LITTLE WHILE AFTER LEAVING THE SHOP. I TOOK IT BACK TO THE SHOP, AND THEY SAID THE COULD NOT FIND THE PROBLEM. I TOOK IT TO A DEALER AND THEY
SAID IT WAS SOMETHING THAT NEEDED REPLACING, BUT COULD NOT GUARANTEE THAT THEY WOULD WORK. THEY CHARGED ME A FEE OF 103.00 WHICH WAS NON-REFUNDABLE. ONE MECHANIC SAID THAT SINCE THE HAZARD LIGHTS WERE WORKING,
INDICATED THAT THERE WAS NOTHING SERIOUS WITH THE SIGNAL LIGHTS. BUT HE JUST STOPPED WORKING PULLING DOWN A LOT OF WIRES AND THEN THE BATTERY WOUD NOT WORK. THE CAR IS IN THE SHOP NOW. THEY SAID THAT THE BATTERY NEEDED REPLACING ALONG WITH THE IDLEARM BECAUSE IT DOERS NOT HOLD A CHARGE. I HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM SINCE
THE CAR CAME OUT OF THE SHOP HAVING BEEN REPAIRED THE WRECK.
