1997 Acura TL Question: what is the cost of a blower motor also a heater core with labor

Well Bob, did the repair shop call you and tell you this was needed? Did you authorise this repair before it was done?

No I did not but the owner told me it went hand in hand some jibberish which I did not understand

Nothing was mentioned about that on the first visit? No phone call about the extra work and cost? That is a shame! Sad to think everything has to be put in wrighting, i assume this was not.

If I recall correctly I called the repair shop not the other way around that I was told I needed the Heater Core replaced by the way the Blower Motor was 350.35 and the Heater Core was 402.55 and the Labor was 650.00 the shop showed me the old Heater Core which did look bad and the Blower Motor also showed me pictures of my dashboard removed to get to the Blower Motor etc. with that being said I know I got the short end of the stick I guess you live and learn and hope nothing else goes wrong. I sincerely thank you for your input .Respectfully Bob Rodriguez

Well maybe it is not so bad, i am sure it needed this work. Check out the Estimator here on RepairPal, you might be ok after all. You should have been contacted before this was done though!
