Question: what is the cost for a spun rod bearing on 91 camry? ballbpark figure is fine

i purchased a 1991 Camry the owner state runs fine but has a spun rod bearing. I am interested in the cost of repairing.

    It would be hard to put a figure on this repair with out seeing the damage. You may be able to have the crank turned, check the rod to see that it is within tollerance. If it is just replace the one rod bearing. However with the year of the car, and assuming that you have high mileage. It would probably be cheaper to find a good used engine then to repair this one. both ways reqire removing and installing the engine
