I have drilled 2 holes in the cylinder housing but still cannot find where to push down to release the cylinder lock i also need to replace the ignition switch and have take all bolts loose to remove steering column, but there is a cable attached to cylinder housing that won't allow me to remove steering column. Please Help!!!!!1

I had the same problem but followed instructions in Alldata and it was simple. There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect....
