what is really necessary on 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee

What repairs and changes are really needed at a 60.000mile inspection? I don't wanna have unnecessary things done. It's a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2007

60000 MI or 96000 KM Check Spare Tire Check spare tire for proper pressure and correct stowage. Flush Coolant Flush and replace engine coolant/anti-freeze. Inspect Air Filter Element Inspect the engine air cleaner filter, replace if necessary. Brakes and Traction Control Inspect the brake linings. Drive Belt Inspect drive belt, replace if necessary. Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve Inspect PCV valve, replace if necessary. Replace Engine Oil If not replaced at 3 months. Fluid - A/T Fluid - Differential Fluid Filter - A/T Replace main sump filter. Oil Filter, Engine If not replaced at 3 months. Spark Plug Rotate Tires
