Question: What is MIL KOER and MIL Command Status on the vehicle inspection report?

Both of the above indicated Fail on my vehicle inspection report. There seems to be nothing wrong with my emissions and yet I fail.

    Is the check engine light on while it's running ? If so the MIL 'command status' should be 'on'. BOTH indicate a problem in your emissions system , of which you might not notice because your engine may be running 'fine' to the feeling , but something is wrong with what's coming out of your tailpipe . Need codes to help further.
