Question: What is causing the engine shut off when vehicle is being operated?

Likely problem is the fuel pump or the engine speed sensor. Tough to diagnose the fuel pump unless a technician can duplicate the problem. It is an electric in-tank pump. If there is a fault stored in the ECM for implausable signal from the engine speed sensor, I would go with that first. (although constant cranking without the engine turning over can leave a false code in the ECM)
