Question: What is causing my car to down shift on its own when it doesnt need to?

I just recently changed my trans fluid and for a while everything was fine. After a couple weeks it just started shifting wierd, changing gears on its own when it doesnt need to. Some time while in drive it acts like its in 4th. I have no idea what happened.

    why did you change the fluid?? was there an issue at that point??

    No not really. It had just been a long time since it had been changed. Everything I have read says its the transmission control module.

    could be valve body or internal. you need a trans shop to help you identify the problem.
