2004 Nissan Maxima Question: What is causing a rattling noise when I accelerate?

 Rookie

Sometime when I step on the gas to accelerate I hear a rattling noise. I think it might be the catalytic converter but not sure. I just had my emission done and passed 3 wks ago? It def sounds like its coming from underneath my car. Thank you for you responses they are greatly appreciated ! :)

    Its important to get this checked out some of these engines ingested cat converter debris into the engine if the cat converter was failing causing engine damage but there is a bulletin from Nissan and I have seen it frequently where the exhaust heat shields below the engine fail causing a rattle on this engine.
