Question: What does the B+ Fuse Do?

I have a clicking going on and when I remove the B+ Fuse under the hood the clicking stops. Whatever it is it drains my battery and is not allowing my battery to charge.

    B+ means Battery Positive. It's probably a high amp main fuse feeding several circuits.
    The faulty component should be on one of that circuit. More troubleshooting and electrical knowledge necessary.
