Question: what does it cost to replacing the front boot on the power sterring

    Replace the steering rack assembly, rack seal is leaking fluid into the dust boot. This boot is not supposed to contain any fluid, new boot wont help with fliud leak.
    Contact repair shop for pricing. Get another shop//mechanic to check this out. How many miles on your van? A litte bit unusual. However it's possible!
