Question: what do you think is the problem when idle is to low?

idle is to low when im in a complete stop, and gear is in neutral.

    Honda control the idle speed electronically. Clean the throttle butterfly housing after removing the air intake duct (use come carburetor cleaner and a cloth or tooth brush. Ensure there are no intake manifold vacuum leaks. The idle control motor is at the front middle of the intake manifold, it must be functioning correctly to control the idle speed. There is a "base" idle speed adjustment screw. There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect....
