Question: What do the codes, p1393, and p1406 represent? And what do I replace to remedy.

What do codes p1393 and p1406 mean?

    1406 is egr issue. do not replace the valve yet. the code never identifies a bad part, just a failed syste. it may be a clogged intake manifold port.
    the 1393 is a rough road sensor. once again, do not replace the sensor until it is checked out.

    let a shop check these for you and give you a bid.
