ive changed master cylinder brake booster front pads and rear shoes bled each wheel still have almost no brakes i dont think my truck has abs couldnt find any sensors and never had an abs light just a red brake light

Rear shoes properly adjusted? ALL air bled from system? Any fluid leaks? Did you bench bleed the master cylinder? Now one last question and it is the most important, do you know how to do all of this,,correctly? MOST people that are good with diy auto repair do not! That's ok though, we can help.

Pull rear drums and see if the parking brake is COMPLETELY released. That MUST be done BEFORE shoes can be properly adjusted. HINT .. 2 people needed to check parking brake cable/linkage operation more easily. DO NOT PUMP BRAKE PEDAL WITH DRUM(S)REMOVED!!!!
