2011 Nissan Rogue Question: What could cause my alignment to keep going out, especially the right front toe?

I hit a deer on my right front fender 11/4/12. Was in the shop for repairs for 1 month. After having car back for one month I took it to get the tires rotated and was told my tires were cupping. That explained the noise that I had just started hearing. I took it back to the repair shop and asked if they had done an alignment and they had not. They checked the alignment and the front right toe was out. Had it aligned 1/15/13. Had the alignment checked again in March and it was out again on the right front toe. Had it put back in alignment on 5/28/13 and checked again on 7/5/13. Right front toe was out again! The dealer says they have checked my suspension and many other things and there is nothing wrong with my car. How do you explain the car keeps going out of alignment in the same spot which also happens to be the spot was took an impact at 65 mph. I want to get new tires but am afraid that within a month I will be out of alignment with tires that are cupping.

I am the only driver, so I know it is not due to hitting potholes or curbs.

The adjustor is claiming that there was no frame damage. There has to be a reason that the alignment is consistently going out in the same spot. I just can't figure out what it is and have had no luck with the dealer.

Get a new car but not Nissan. There's a lot to look upon with that reccuring misalignment your car is going through. Spending your fortune for nothing.
