what could be the problem modules ,short,alarm system, or fuses....? on 1994 Pontiac Bonneville

the car shuts off power whenever you lock doors, car will not start immediately afterwards tried changing icm, checking ecm, dealer says it may be control module for the doors,im trying to trouble shoot problem myself to avoid dealer prices could it be an alarm issue perhaps or fuse need some good tips on how to go through a process of elimination....?

My only advice is take this to a professional. Everytime you replace a part, you potentially add a new problem into the mix. You may eventually have to take it to someone anyway, except then it will take them more time to diagnose the problem, which will cost you a lot more in the long run.
