What could be the problem as to why the fuel pump isn't getting any electricity. on 1991 Chevrolet Caprice

I've checked all the fuses and harnesses for fuel pump and injectors and the they're good. Problems occured when I got the intake gaskets switched out for new ones. Initiallly the timing was not set correctly after the guy put everthing back together. After I got that fixed what seemed to be a bad fuel pump turned out to be no electricity getting to the fuel pump. What other steps can I use to solve this problem?

2 things to check are Fuel Pump Oil Pressure Switch and Fuel Pump Relay. That system will not turn on fuel pump unless it has good oil pressure. Have seen that switch fail also the fuel pump relay could fail. If someone has been working on car you should inspect all wiring to that could have inavertaly not recconected.
