Question

What could be the cause of a leak in anti-freeze? Dripping staight to the ground t a pretty rapid pace. Is this most likely the water pump or a crack somewhere?

A pressure test of your cooling system will expose the source of the leak best of all. Nothing other than a good physical inspection will reveal the failure. Could even be as simple as a hose connection leaking, perhaps a hose leak. Could be a water pump or even a radiator.

dave hit it in the head. gonna have to do the inspection to find out for sure.....i do see a coolant pipe on back side of engine as a frequent cause on this model and engine configuration. hope that helps.
