yesterday I tighten the pit cock a little..only about 16 ounces of water/antifreeze leaks at a time..there is no water or antifreeze splashed on the motor..the only sign of liquid is along the frame of the front of the car where the pit cock is..no signs of over heating lately..last summer it did get warm once and I added water and the problem was solved..when it started to get cold I drained some water from pitcock and added antifreeze..I am wondering if I might have a damaged pitcock or I may need to change thermostat, even though it has not got warm..I can't find any hose leaks either..Any suggestions would be helpful

i would check the radiator all around maybe has cracked or pressure tested to find any leak.

I have noticed some bit of water/antifreeze I think is seeping out the seem a bit at bottom of radiator..do you y\think its possible to flush the system out and then add Barr's stop leak with new antifreeze and water and possibly it would seal ? ..it leaks less than a few ounces not a 16 ounce leak..drove it today and very little leaked out ..so little I could not add any antifreeze

Unless you want to spend a lot of money, DO NOT DRIVE CAR until you have the cooling system pressure tested for a leak. You have a leak!
